Red face Limit switches, can i program them to just stop, and not punch out the E-stop in mach

    Hello.

I run several of cnc machines at work.. (just started) :P
And all of them does not punch out the e-stop button when they reach the end of an axis. At least not when I jog.

Can i fix this in mach?

And another question, when i run a program. For example a 3d relief. I can run up too 70mm / sec. the axis stop, and on the screen it says "Emergency mode" or something like that.

    Does anyone have a tip?

    1) Use softlimits.

    2) Sounds like noise is triggering your estop.

    Hello Gerry.

    Thanks for answering.

    1) How do i do that with the softlimit?

    2) I will try to change the cable from the VFD to spindle with one that are shielded (Yes I am a fool to have thought of that before)

You set up your soft limits to stop just short of the physical limit switches. Watch the homing and limits video here:
