I don't have my manual here at the house to look up that alarm code, but I'll check it out when I get to the shop. There should be a description in the alarm window as well, do you recall what is says?

This seems to happen when the servos are showing their age. I have a couple that act this way sometimes. The first thing I do is energize the servos and let it sit and idle for around 15 mins. Then perform the alignment routine with the
    feedrate at around 30%. YMMV

I didn't find that alarm code in my manuals at all... As I mentioned, the alarm description may help determine what direction to go....

Does your machine uses encoders and limit switches or does it have linear glass scales? If it has scales you may need to see if you can clean it. This has taken care of my problem more than once.
