I am looking to buy a seat of Surfcam at least 3 axis if possible. Any version from velocity 3 to current version will be fine.

Does anyone know if Surfware or any of their resellers lease Surfcam as an option opposed to having to purchase out right?

Talk to your equipment leasing company, they will often buy the software and setup a lease for you.

I don't think that Surfcam will honor a sold seat without a major transfer fee.

I would be careful of cracked software and the trouble that can cause you

I work for the Surfcam reseller in Indiana we cover Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, and Western Missouri. Let me know where you are located and I can give you there dealer information.
