    Coolant Application

I have been looking into a couple companies and doing some research on coolant application. I have read some interesting numbers telling me that there are some considerable benifits to specialized coolant systems and I wawnted to know if anyone had any experience with one of these systems. From what I read it decreases scrap and makes cutting a lot faster... which would be very good haha

    Check out cool-grind technologies.
His name is John Webster, (The Coolant Doctor)
I heard him speak at a seminar a few months ago.
I have a Powerpoint of the seminar if you want a copy.

We use these and have no trouble, regular plastic loc line don't work for us because we use all high pressure coolant. Copper lines aren't adjustable enough. The coolant doctor nozzles look ok, he is very knowledgable, but only if your setup doesn't change. Plastic loc line and swivel jet is the best options I've found that suit us.

    Hi,
I make the SwivelJet. In the post above about SC Tools. It looks like plastic line. It acts very differently.
There's a knurled version that is very easy to tighten. Now they are being used on vertical mills and CNC lathes.
Take a look for yourself at the site.
