    Round over thin bits

Hi all , I'm on the hunt for a round over tool with bearing or similar, to edge 4.5mm acrylic , the only mini micro ones I've found still need thicker material to work, if it was just a one off I would sand but this is for a shop, looked at the dremel round over bits but don't think they will go that thin, any ideas would be greatly appreciated
    Cheers all.

Hi, you should build yourself or buy a router table and use a full radius cutter, you can use it to full cut or just a small portion of it to break corners.

This it way better than using a hand router.
