the table is going to be about 4x4. I have all of the gantry and table worked out, now i need help with component selection. I need to do this on the cheap, but am willing to sacrafice for some quility. the table will cost about 500 for all the raw materials. I want to spend about 1000 on all of the electrical. here is what i need suggestions on.
1) stepper motor strength/brand
2) breakout board brand
3) stepper Driver selection
4) plasma on/off relay board
5) power supply output/brand
6) gear reduction for rack
7) Torch height control
8) cooling fan cfm

I will be using catia for cad, and mach 3. If you can thinkof anything else i need or am missing that would be good too. thanks for the suggestions.

gear reduction for nema 34 5 to 1 gear ratio is about 600 bux each fyi
