what is the problem and why do you need to add a delay? maybe there is another way to solve the problem.
I doubt you can access the special Mori macros as they are in flash ROM and protected from being viewed, changed or deleted.
if you power on while holding the two rightmost keys (arrow right and the next one to its immediate left) you will see the IPL menu.
the macros MAY be in the user area if you are lucky.
you can list user files and copy them to memory card using item 4 SYSTEM DATA SAVE
this applies only to recent Fanuc PC-based controls like 16i/18i/21i
I think even if you could get to them they will be compiled binaries running with the C Executor and unlikely you could edit them and re-write the flash anyway.
you can try looking in normal memory. unlock programs 8000-8999 and 9000-9999 (parameter 3202 bits 0 and 4) and see if they are in memory (I doubt it)
otherwise try contacting Mori Seiki maybe?
Thanks for info.
You were right, tool change is programmed to ROM so there is no way to change that.
My problem was that when tool is unclamped, arm takes too fast tool out.
I found timer T270 where you can set time how many ms arm waits before movement after unclamp.
Its anothet question why our unclamping is too slow, i think theres something wrong in valve. However, "fast repair" was done (again...)
yeah there's a lot of things that can be adjusted like that. all listed in the tables in the ladder manual at the back
We dont have that machine anymore.
But like fordav11 wrote, all timers can be found from ladder.
Also, i do remember that there were some notes on Mori book about timers ?
I also strongly suggest that y replace valves (&solenoids) but also those small relays on el cabinet. After few years contactor tips get easily jammed.
Good luck.
