    RhinoCAM & DSP RZNC0501

Has anyone used RhinoCAM with the DSP Controller RZNC0501?

I have been using Vectric and selected G code MM. *tap file but in RhinoCAM I need the correct post processor and can't seem find the right one.

    Anyone have any suggestions??

    Thanks

I am doing exactly the same thing right now with a new router. Trying to get the right post processor for my dsp. Did you figure it out or did they have to make you one?

What exact you need from this PP?
I using RhinoCAM with 0501 for years, it's a lot standart pp, working fine with 0501.
For example you can use mach2 or mach 3 pp - works fine.
I made few minor fixes for my comfort, you can try this one http://dfiles.ru/files/p1aaleg3j

    Thank you very much Melkiades,
I didn't have any clue in what Rhinocam Post Processor i should use with my machine. I recently purchased this machine https://plus.google.com/photos/10173...Je7qNzO6rTMzQE, i have been making some minor fixings and i need to cut some big wood 3d parts, i have in Rhino.
I am going to try it out this week. Any advice?
    Best regards from Portugal.

Just put spm file in Rhinoceros 5\Plug-ins\RhinoCAM\Posts\ folder
And choose QuickCNC machine from list.

Also google for DSP manual - it's good help for newbies. Sorry, i have only russian manual here.

Sorry, Shapebusters, i gave you wrong PP.
This one have problem reading arc process operations like G02/G03
    Here is right one:
    http://dfiles.ru/files/alqhg26w9
    Please replace old file.
Take a note, it's produce F codes. Good for change motion speed in process, for example for slow approach and engage.
If you don't want it, turn it off in unit:
MENU->ADVANCED PRO SETUP->G-CODE READING SETUP->aim to Read F code by X- button, than turn it off by Y- button, than press OK
I add useful notes in file header in this PP. You can read it by any text viewer, e.g. notepad.

    Re: RhinoCAM & DSP RZNC0501

i am using haas PP with rhinocam (i am newly using it) and it works on 2 axis milling with my dsp controlled machine. today i tried holes>drill with selecting points from rhino, the simulation was fine but cnc acted weird. it moved to first point and origin than 2nd point and origin and goes on.

would it be fixed if i use another PP, lets say PP for Mach3? or is there a custom PP like Melkiades's one, file is deleted from link btw, i couldn't dl it.

    thanks in adv

My PP not working correct with drilling cycles.
At my 0501 drill bit not rise after cycle, move to another drilling point, and breaking tool.
    Be careful with this.

Can you please provide a sample g-code output from your machine?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
