I am looking for any and all precision drilling RFQ's on small parts that are under 13"x16".

These are normally any drilled hole that have position and/or runout tolerances under 0.003". I will precision drill any hole(s) you need that are 1/2" and under. I can also apply finish reaming to closer than that. I can also do precision countersinking to 100 degree for aircraft rivets. If you need holes larger than 1/2" (0.500") up to 1", can do that as well.

I will drill these materials:

1018, 4340, 4130, 4140 Steel
2024-T3, 7075-T6, 6061-T6 Aluminums (Kaiser & ALCOA)
Nylon 6/6 (any type including wear resistant grades)

Some others... just ask.

Supply print as DXF and/or DWG. Can convert others. PDF prints are ok too.

If you supply line drawing or sketch I can also CAD for you.

We are still taking drilling jobs. Especially on parts that are smaller than 6" x 12" x 16" (152.4mm x 304.8mm x 406.4mm). No exotics. mostly Aluminum and Steel.

We prefer parts that are 1018 and 6061..
