    Basic advice needed UK

    Hello

I have tried reading through some old threads, but much of the content assumes a basic knowledge of CNC / Milling which I dont have.

I wish to produce 7" high toys. 50 from wood, 50 from coal and fifty from aluminium. For want of a better explanation they are small fixed statues. Mass production / moulding / carving does not suit such small quantities, maybe CNC / milling does ? All toys are identical. I am aware there are various sizes of CNC machine, and perhaps the option exists to 'cut' them all out of one piece of material on a large machine, or individually on a small machine.

I have absolutely no idea of costs, is there any rule of thumb that can be applied ? I have a full scale maquette of the statue / toy I wish to produce, is this sufficient ?

Any help at all would be very gratefully received.

    Many thanks

    Pete
