    Problem running first part

I am attaching a link to help describe my problem. My torch goes down measures the material then comes up and moves across the part about and inch high over the metal. I don't know if I have something wrong in sheetcam or Mach or what? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Note: I removed torch and replaced with wood to prevent damage to the torch.

Did you run a voltage test ? I can tell you this ,voltage is everthing in plasma cutting . You should watch the voltage readout on the mach screen when the torch is fired . The voltage should reach the same number as the preset voltage for the material , as suggested by your plasma cutter manufacture . Also grounding is everthing . The ground clamp from the cutter needs to attach to the material . Thats a place to start .
