Just having a new mill spindle on a Integrex e 650H.
So far the head is on but there are 2 issues the Mazak engineers are having trouble with.
1 - When clocking along a 300 test bar it indicates 0.11mm run.
This is a mechanical clamp- Does any one know a way to lose this error
2- Spindle orintation can be set by parameter so that the 2 dogs are in line but as soon as you clamp the spindle the dogs are out by 0.4mm. Again this is a mechanical clamp.
