    Smile Fanuc tape drill mate model t

    Hello everyone Please tell me, I do not know how to turn on the brake in the z axis so that when it is turned off it does not go down. my machine model is Fanuc tape drill mate model t, Fanuc OM.

    The brake is normally powered with 110v AC and on new machines is build in the motor with 24v DC
    When the machine is off,the brake is not powered and hold the axis
    When the main contactor MCC is on,the brake get energised after a short delay and it is realising the axis to be moved
    In any case the power of the brake goes from a relaythat is commanded by the PMC so check the relay or the conditions if MCC is on
