    Wink speed and heat for material

    Hi guys I just bought a 4x4 plasmacam table,,I need some suggestions on cutting speed and heat for 3/16 and 1/4 thick mild steel ,,and same for aluminum,,,thank u

    You should follow the plasma torch manufacturers recommendations. In the manual they should have at least a subset of combinations for thickness, amps, type of consumables ad speeds to get you started. From what I've seen here, the Hypertherm recommended parameters in the manual are spot on.
