    Required ROM IC's Data for FEMCO CNC Turning Center With Fanuc 10T Series

    Hi,
    I have a FEMCO CNC Turning Center with Fanuc 10T Series control
    The all ROM IC'S data has corrupt,

    (1) Main Mother Board
    (2) APC Card
    (3) PMC CARD

    I need a ROM IC data for the above following PCB card.
    The machine specification are as follows.

    FEMCO.WNCL-20
    MODEL: 20/60
    Chiayi Taiwan R.O.C

    Can any one please help me to resolve this problem!!!!!
