    Post Processor for Mach3

    Hi.
For 3 axis machining you can use fanuc6m. But you should edit the begin of G-code. but for 4 axis or 5 axis you should have the Multi Axis Post-processor.
Also you could have a 3 axis post-processor so that the output G-code doesn't need to be edited.
I can write both of them ( 3axis & multiaxis ) for your machine.

    Hi
in fact you need a 4 axis post processor for your machine.
Which type of Roland do you have?
I can write for any 4 axis or 5 axis machine its own post processor.

    Hi.
you could create a new work plane and rotate it around your machine rotary axis. and do your 3axis machining in new direction. you should rotate the rotary axis manually. It called 3-2 machining. if you have a for axis post processor rotary axis codes will be appear in G-code and will not need too rotate manually.
Also it will be need for simultaneously 4 axis machining.
