RFQ, Perspex & Alluminium fine detail

Hi Guys, I'm after a quote for the attached.
spedo perspex, there's allot of fine detail in this one, only the face of the thicker, outer section is visible. the individual pieces need to fit in the perspex backing so layout for machining doesnt matter.
the backing is obviously one piece. preferrably perspex but material doesnt matter.
the guage face, needs to be brushed alluminium.

I've also added a pic of the assembled parts to give an indication of how it all fits.
