    Question Interface module on 11M

    Hello.
    I have a machine with a fanuc 11M, I am getting the alarm as if all the hard limit were pressed. I checked the diagnostics and all are zeros without change when pressed. on the module the signals are present as the leds act when I press the LS.
    also I checked the Fibre optic cable and looks ok. is it possible that the module is not sending the signal to the main board?
    there is any way to check the modele? what else can be causing that problem?
