    haas vf3

    when i turn machine on i get low voltage alarm and overvoltage alarm for about 10 minutes before i can clear them and run!1 then latter in day i get overvoltage alarm!!any help

    I would check the voltage for each of the 3 legs (3 phase). they have to be within a certain range. I think the manual tells you the range. are you using a phase coverter by chance?

    no phase converter worked fine for years11maybe board or somethingg going bad?

    Or you have a bad incoming transformer. Or bad wire insulation leaking voltage to ground. Just start with the basics and measure the voltages.

    sounds like bad vector drive. watch the diagnostic screen page two for vector drive volts when you first start it up probably reads real low and slowly climbs until the alarm clears until finally topping off at approx 325VDC. nothing you can do but deal with it or replace vector drive

    It's a wonky vector drive.
