DXF Import - Resolution Too High Error?

Hoping someone might have some suggestions. I have a Tracker CNC table with their Cut N Command software. I'm having trouble opening DXF files from both AutoCad 2013 and Draftsight. I've tried saving them across virtually all older DXF versions (R12 - R14, R2000 - 2006) and still get the same result. Both CAD programs open the DXF files just fine.

So when I tried to import the DXFs into the Cut N Command CAM software, I keep getting the error "Resolution is set too high....". It then shows no drawing. I'm trying with a very simple 4"x4" square. I'm pulling my hair out. Tracker gave me their latest versions & still nothing. I'm about to burn my shop down.....
