I would put a copy of the post processor in the appropriate folder (lathe, mill, etc.). Then you can link the new post processor to the appropriate machine definition in the machine definition manager.

    Start Machine Definition Manager
Open machine to add post processor to
    Edit Control Definition
    Click on Post Processors button
    Click on Add files button
Navigate folders to new post processor file
Click OK to get back to Control Definition Manager
Highlight the new post processor in drop down list
    Save
Click OK to get back to Machine definition Manager
Make sure new post processor shows in drop down list box
    Save
    Close Machine Definition Manager
