I have a brand new (to me) Hitachi Seiki 4NE11-600 with a fanuc 3T control which because of the transportation lost the PC parameters. This causes the machine NOT to start, phase rotation seems correct and all the obvious problems (overtravel switches, oil level, etc) have been corrected.

This machine has a Micon8 controller on the backpanel with a little red keyboard & display which you can use to input data. The Micon8 and the Fanuc NC work, i can change parameters on both of them, but the Micon8 seems to have lost all the data.

Does anyone has this parameters? Ill be grateful forever and ever!

I have realized that the Micon8, altought it has a battery (which was damaged) cannot loose any parameters because it is an old type ROM programmed sequencer.

I have checked the e-stop circuit and it seems to go to an input card next to the Micon8. Does anyone have a diagram of this circuit? Can this be really th problem?
