Is there a function for look ahead similar to that of Fanuc's G08 P1 for the Xilog interface. Or even an exact stop mode. I have trouble with it rounding corners.

I can't give you an exact answer, but have a couple of suggestions:
1. Take a look at the JERK function. The help files for Xilog are notoriously patchy and sometimes hard to understand (I don't know why they didn't get an English speaker to translate it all from Italian!), but there should be enough here to get you started and find a suitable JERK setting by experimentation.
2. Use ISO commands to do moves that include exact stops - e.g.
ISO "G1 G9 X150 Y200 Z12 F1000". You may need to look at the documentation for the actual NC on the Morbidelli, but this would work on our SCM machine (which has a Kvara NC).
