Exclamation Motors wont move in certain directions!

    Hello all.

Just signed up here for some help.

I just bought a Warhog CNC Router and got it all plugged in and am only getting it to move backwards and to the right. Z axis wont do anything at all.

I called technical support and they told me to clean all the wire terminals and we went over how it was all wired up and everything lines up right. The machine worked before i brought it home...

    Any ideas what went wrong?

If this is a three phase machine, switch two of three incoming voltage lines. It sounds like you are phased backwards.

The machine is 110 and worked perfect before we moved it into our new shop.

The software was about 10 years old, we just got in the updated software assuming this is the problem...I hope!!

I was on the phone all day with the wartgod guys tracing wires, etc and making sure nothing came loose and then called the Wincnc company whos software we had and they suggested that it was the software that got fried from moving the machine.

We just got in the new software and computer Friday and havent had time to rewire the plugs so I hope that is it.

Anyone else have this problem from old software?
