PROBLEM WITH 40W CO2 POWER SUPLY

    hello
I had a problem with the PSU for the machine DC-K40
I ordered a new unit, I got this:

This is a power supply that was in the machine and broke down:

I now have the wires that I do not know where to connect:

anyone can help me with this problem?
    Thanks and regards ...

I may well be wrong but I *think* you have the wrong type of replacement, the new one is a *lasercut* type supply and the old one isn't?

    (PWM etc etc)

Like I said I may well be wrong but I don't think that replacement will work with the machine you have (going by the picture of your existing PSU)

    best wishes

    Dave

I have exactly the same problem. Can you help me? Which object they have sent to you? Where can I buy it? Needs some changes or are exactly the same plug?

Try to get a manual or datasheet from en.Shenhuilaser.com about this supply especially the connections. (mail them?)
Maybe it is quite simple to connect a more common (maybe better) supply to those wires. Maybe you only need a little extra hardware like an inverter or linedriver..
    What is your controllerboard BTW?
If you can find data from that, it's fine too...

    dear friend,

can you post how did you connected existing cables to new power supply ? even pictures would be fine. I have exact same machine and same cables

also I saw that there's uc2825 (high speed) pwm controller on original power supply. I wonder if power controller (your first and original power supply) can be driven directly by pwm signal... that's what I try to learn from connection of original wires to your new power supply (boxed power supplies have connection names).

    thanks..
