Sources in Australia for 4 core shielded cable (by the metre)

Has anyone found a good local source for 4 core shielded cable and can sell by the metre? I'm after 22AWG for steppers that can be soldered into a DB9 connector. I live in Melbourne.

    Thanks, Richard

It was $2.90 a Meter. http://cannonsound.mobile034.com/p/4...e---per-m.html

Thanks for all your responses and they all look pretty reasonable. On a related topic, have any of you used 18AWG cable for a 2.2kw spindle ie is this big enough as I'm not confident of getting 16AWG into the connector?

What's the max amps the spindle will draw, this will decide what wire gauge to use, you may have to change the connector, a lot seem to have this same problem

The spindle specs show a max current draw of 8.5A, so 18AWG may not be large enough under high load.

Any idea where this can sourced locally as the suppliers above don't seem to stock 16AWG 4 core shielded cable?
