Hi,

I have an American laser Explorer. I have problems with engraving - an inscription is not clear, cursive letters. In the file when I have two colors / Cutting Drawing / eg red, green does not go as the project is to move a few millimeters to the left or right. Never in the vertical only moves horizontally. What could be causing this?

Check for loose belts or loose pulleys. Also check the belts to see if they have broken tension strands inside them.

It has relationship with Software Technical Data Setting or Configurations of machine.

What kind of software, driver of your machine? Is it Newlydraw? And, is X aix idler wheel to transmission?

We had the same problem for a while: the issue was that we were cutting in the absolute upper-right corner (near the laser's "home" position when it started), and I think we had the settings a bit weird on the software. It would "correct" itself by a few mm each time it ran.

When we started doing items in the center of the table, this "resolved." I don't know that we ever actually found the issue, but it was amazingly frustrating, and simply changing the workspace location fixed it.
