Hi all,
I have for my sins a Pacer Compact 900.:violin:
After doing a little upgrade on the PC ,the machine now does not light up the -drivers ready light- and cannot do a toolset <toolset is not hi-lighted in software..
Upgrade was- install second hdd with windows 98se to enable wireless transfer of cut files as only other option was 3.5in floppy which was not large enough.also remove floppy drive..At the same time I backed up the original drive in case of failure.
So machine can start in either 95 to cut with machine or 98se to transfer files..

I've re-seated all cards in the machine and now wonder if I have a querky unassosiated fault..

Any ideas welcome.....

Hi,
been looking through posts about PACER machines ,and not many answers to pacer questions , not the best of machines or backups according to some..

I'll have a look else where ....
