Oscillating rpm on a Lathe, possible?

Hi there, when i turn thin axes, it usally starts vibrating. But by constantly changing the rpm with the speed override, the vibrations never starts.
Is it possible to make a macro that makes, say +-10% oscillating of rpm
to activate in a G01 block? Its a Fanuc 16T system
