Hi,
I am facing problem with Fanuc 0-t control machine with duplomatic turret..
First thing is machine was not working from a year...
Machine CRT and motherboard was not Okay..
So we repaired the both...
Now machine is okay..
Both axis X and Y are working Okay..
First spindle is working okay..
Chuck clamp/declamp is okay...
but when we command tool no then PS 78 alarm occurs..
Which shows that called program is missing or data out of range..
Now machine is having duplomatic turret with live tool with second spindle motor mounted with the turret...
When we give tool change comand, machine calls a program O9000 which is tool change program in which live tool coupling should orient and then turret should change the tool....
If i change the parameter which stats that with T code machine calls O9000 program then turret tries to rotate and turret motor trips....
Now if some one has duplomatic live tooling turret, i just want the O9000 program copy or any program which is called of for tool change in live tool turret..

if anyone has duplomatic live tool turret then it should call off O9000 program with tool change command T0101 or any tool we call and the program no will show on top right side of the screen....
Please send me the copy of program and thanks in advance...

Machine is Effamatic make (south african) bought second hand from SA...
Any one can give idea of program...???
So I can rewrite the program..
