Disable missing "wedge" in lathe simulation?

Does anyone know of a way to render the entire 360° of stock when rendering the cutter paths in turning?
    Thanks for any help.

Forgive me if I misunderstand you, but are you saying that your CPR is currently showing a cutaway of your stock, and you want to see the entire thing revolved?

If so, there's a toggle switch underneath the menu bar called "Show Lathe Stock Cutaway." Toggling that will switch between full, 3/4, and 1/2 sections of your stock/geometry.

    Ryan,
That's it. I do very little lathe programming-not that that's any excuse for not seeing that icon. Thank you!

No problem. Glad I could help you out.

One thing I would caution you about is if you have the entire stock section displayed, it can create an illusion that some geometry is not shaped correctly when you view it from the side (the X-Z, or home view, in lathe programming). It's especially prevalent if you use a live tool like a mill on an OD.

I don't think I explained that very clearly, but you'll see what I mean if you toggle between 1/2 and whole views. It might save you a few minutes of re-checking your toolpaths.
