Hi everyone.....
We have bridgeport 760/22 machine with heidenhain TNC 360 control, having siemens servo drives...
Few days back, machine parameters got erased and unfortunately we don't have backup of the machine...
So I have put another machine parameters which is Bridgeport 760/16 machine with TNC 2500C control with siemens servo drive....
After putting parameter machine runs Memory Test and than POWER INTRUPT message comes and after pressing CE it comes to the main screen but from there control doesn't get ON.....
I have checked the supply to the master ON button....
Both power supply of the machine are Okay giving 24 volt...
I have checked the 2 safety relays on the electrical panel both are Okay, both showing K1 and K2 relay ON....
Relay R2 which is main relay is ON and R3,R4,R5 for the servo enable are okay and ON.......
Siemens drives are ready......
I don't have electrical manual for the machine.......
If somebody can help with parameter or manual of the machine than thanks in advance......
I don't have the electrical wiring manual for the same....

Code No. 1104-2878. Partial manual I have.
Our machine came with missing chapters, we need to be able to change transformers taps from 440vac to 220vac. The electrical cabinet has two transformers, one has indications has to wire from 440vac to 220vac. The other does not. Thanks for sharing this manual.
