I'm a 1 year newbie in the world of cnc machining, need to consult you about upgrading my machine with a new spindle, with the following detail:

I have this machine (standard Chinese 6040 cnc machine off Ebay):

but my machine is older version and came with a simple spindle of air-cooled type.

I'm going to buy this spindle:
1.5KW WATER-COOLED MILLING AND GRINDING SPINDLE MOTOR WITH INVERTER DRIVE VFD h5 | eBay

which is (claimed to be) 1.5kw, water cooled spindle with this specifications:
Spindle:
1) Diameter: 80mm x Length:188mm (including air interface: 80mm X 203mm)
2) Power: 1.5 KW
3) Voltage: 220V~250V
4) Frequency: 400 Hz
5) Speed: 8000-24000 R/min
6) Water Cooling
7) ER11(3.175mm,4mm,6mm) collet chuck
8) Runout off: less than 0.005mm
9) Grease Lubrication, Technical Parameters for Variable Frequency Drive

Inverter
1) Inpute Voltage: 220±15%
2) Output Voltage – 208-240VAC (analogous to Input Voltage)
3) Inpute Frequency: 48-63 Hz

5) Inpute Phase: suit for 1 phase input, and also suit for 3 phase input

Diameter and mounting:
One problem is that my old spindle is 56mm, I need a mount, they sell it for around 70$ and want a shipping of 120$ to me from China! I thought may be to make one out of aluminium myself, by my current spindle, then replace the spindle, is that practical? any idea / comment please?

Water pump, DK-4000:
The seller suggested this water pump:

which is (claimed to have) this specification:
Submersible pump,
freq.: 50Hz
power: 85W
H.Max: 4M (don't know even what this is!)
F.Max: 4000L/H (don't know even what this is!)

Also around a 100$ cost for it, is it reasonable to buy? better options that experienced people may choose?

Just a heads up, if it is of any help...

H.Max: 4M - this is the maximum head of water (4 Metres) that can be pumped to atmospheric pressure (without relying on the siphon effect of the return to the tank).

F.Max: 4000L/H - this is the flow rate of 4000 Litres per Hour.
