Getting service for my Mycenter4 in the San Jose area?

Hey I'm wondering if this is typical. I have called and left messages for the three guys on Kitamura's engineer list. No one has gotten back to me and I'm green enough that I'm not sure what my other options are. Are there other technicans I can call or should I stick to people kitamura recomends?

    Thanks

There are a couple very good independents in this area. If you want a name, pm me. I don't want to post his info here.

Well i was looking forward to talking to Underthetire's guy but right as i was about to call One of the technicians called me back. He was able to get my mill straightened out for the most part and i will probably use him again but why is it so hard to get ahole of these guys? I can understand that they are probably dealing with a broken machine at the time and can't pick up the phone but i only had one guy call me back and that was a few days later. I called him on Monday and he came out by Friday. What if i have alot of machines some day and really count on one to be up and operating. Am i supposed to call back every hour until someone picks up?

LC service is the absolute best. He's pretty much a one man operation so sometimes its hard to get him in same day
