Hello everyone.

Those of you who know about useing Mazatrol Matrix on a Integrex knows you cant get it to run XC milling in a unit, only XY.

Well, it can be done, If you ask Mazak they say that the Integrex cant read or run a milling operation with Mazatrol in XC, but this is not true, it runs great, you just have to know how to change your XY to XC.

I could give you a lot of info on how to Marco programing it to do that, but i won't insted i'll giv you a full program with all operations in XC both in main and sub spindle.

If you have an offline programming system like Mazacam or Griffo you can program X/C and load it in. It runs fine once you load it as an X/C pocket unit you just can't create a X/C unit on the control.

You are right, but lets say you only run your machine on the controls.

you would like to mill a unit that is bigger than your Y travel allow, the most normal thing would to program it in a XC unit, wich according to Mazak (Denmark at least) cant be done on the control.

With this program you just have it on your control and copy the unit you might need, pocket in main spindel? its simpel and easy, you just program as if it was in XY.
