In my case it ended up being a bad trace on the board going from the the ribbon connector to a capacitor on the board. Had to take it to a repair shop and it took the technician some time to find the fault. He ran a wire between the 2 points.hope this info helps others.
So had the cap damaged the trace, this can be a common problem, capacitors should be changed every 5 years in these drives, if you have the manual, it will tell you to do this to prevent damage to the boards.

any way to trick the input with a Pot to get a reading 0f 7.5 ohms for the heatsink

but what you mean by a power supply problem ?!
    is it control power supply
or power interface card power (fuses & transformers are working properly )
and starting the drive (not installed in the machine) by supplying 3 phase 220 VAC with an electrical contactor and contected to an encoder to avoid encoder problem !!
power supply control output of the power supply as follow at 24 CN
    1. Ground
    2. Ground
    3. 5 VDC
    4. 5 VDC
    5. 15 VDC
    6. -15 VDC
    7. 24 VDC
    8. 5 VDC

    Any suggestions !!!!???
Can anybody else confirm this pinout?
By my power supply I cannot measure any voltage by the output connector, so it seems to be broken. I found a replace part with the following rated current output:
    5V / 15A
    24V / 2.7A
    15V / 2A
    -15V / 2A
What do you think, is this enough?

    Thanks,
    Gábor

    Hi,

Have you resolved this issue? I am currently receiving the error F-E02 and I need assistance on how to resolve it. Based on the manual, the source of the issue is Data in memory (NVRAM) exceeded upper or Lower limit. There is a parameter C2-01 that shows as higher than upper limit, but the drive will not allow me to change this parameter. Any suggestions?
