This machine we had an issue that the lcd of the siemens 810d control wont turn on; our tech guy told us that it must be the motherboard so we get a new one directly from siemens they asked us the serial numer of the machine and they told me that they will send a new motherboard exactly for that machine.
The motherboard came we installed it and the cnc turn on the lcd but we have an issue the os it wont show shopturn like befor only hmi interface so all the custom buttons like turret tailstock handwheel wont work please tell me what should i do.

Have you tried already to install the software of the control. But if you want to try, you should deload all your programs and safe all your tools data. These will all be gone.
An from which motherboard you talk, the Mb of the TFT or the MB of the MMC behind.
If the TFT, it were interesting for me, what siemens want for this part.
