    can I use mach3 as simulator for student,how simulate the material stock?

    I don't believe you can. Mach will only show you table size, tool path and origin. I think you will need to do that in preview mode in your CAM software. I do know that there are some simulator programs out there that would be useful when checking to see if your spindle would crash into the workpiece with different sized bits. As far as I know Mach will not do that.
