fanuc 21t parameter lock needs unlocked

    Hi.
I obtained a Doosan S310 with a tailstock. I can't move the tailstock and found a hand written note that said the tailstock parameter was turned off. It is parameter 2062 (from memory). Sure enough it is marked "0". The control is a Fanuc 21T. Pressing the button to turn it on gives us a flashing message "wrong mode" (one time) and later a different one.
I think I need to turn off the parameter lock but not being familiar with this control I am just stumbling around.
Can anyone give me a hand?
    Thanks

The Tail Stock should have a clamp unclamp button on the panel?
In manual this should unclamp the Tailstock carraige and move a pin forward towards the turret------there should be a hole at the bottom side of the turret that when you move the Z-axis back it fits into ?
If this is the one the z axis is what moves it forward
The Sleeve/Quill will come in and out with an M code and if turned off will be a keep relay on the System/Pmc/Keep page
Do a search for the M code that moves the Sleeve in and out in the ladders and you should find the Keep realy turning it off

    M78 should be sleeve forward
    M79 should be back
