Cincinnati Arrow 500 thinks it has 4th axis....

We have a Cincinnati Arrow 500, and the last we ran it was a couple of months ago, when it worked fine. However, now when I try to align the machine, I get the following error:

"A axis has not unclamped within the time allowed

Check the operation of the solenoids and proximity switch settings.

    SL_A_UNCL should be ON
    PR_A_CLMP should be OFF
    PR_A_UNCL should be ON
    CR_A_ENBL should be ON
    CR_A_READY should be ON"

The problem is that we have is that we have never had a fourth axis hooked up to the machine, and I have no idea why it would be giving me this error.

    Any suggestions?
    Thanks

With E-Stop pressed, On pendant select "Setup" then "Rem Axis". In there you can use the F1/F2 buttons to remove or install the 4th axis.

(Not at the machine right now, but from what I remember this should work)
