Hello everyone, new to the forum. We have installed a gotek floppy emulator in a meldas 520 control, the problem I have is when you make the 100 floppies on a 2gb drive it will only send one file to each floppy, if I try to send another file it gives me a "110 disk not ready". Has anyone tried this before or know how to fix this issue?

We bought Gotek, and those is not usable in our injection molding machines:
Demag, Battenfeld, Engel, Ferromatik, Wittmann robot.
Gotek and IPCAS are not functional in half of our machines, just not working.
Manufacturer say: try change jumpers setting in emulator, but we try all possible
combination of jumpers settings in those USB emulators and no result , not fuctional both: IPCAS and GOTEK.
In addition, they have big problem during installation and the use of USB floppy emulators:
Overwhelming of our plastics injection molding machines
have a spring loaded small cover (door,hatch) over floppy front panel.
The same problems having all the rest USB type floppy emulators.

We have created our own floppy emulator, what is totally free of all this kind problems
and working with all our machines.
