    Mitsubishi servo amp MDS-A-SVJ-03 alarm

I have an Amada FBD III 8025 press brake that is giving intermitten alarms of 5022 and 9999. When the 5022 (Hydraulic pump not running) alarm is up there is a code of 88 on one of the servo amps (Mitsubishi MDS-A-SVJ-03).
When error code 9999 (error code not in book) is displayed on machine there is a code of 0 on servo amp. Machine is faulting at completly random times, could just be sitting and not running with power on when fault occurs.

    Thanks for any info!

Your hydraulic pump seems to have a feedback to give confirmation it is turning. When doing an operation with your hydraulic pump, you are getting the alarm that your hydraulic pump has not started properly and thus cannot perform the operation. Try checking if your hydraulic pump contactor starts when doing an operation requiring it (eg: automatic gear change is most of the time hydraulic). Else, check your motor itself and check your voltage levels.

    Cheers.
