    Mori Sieki MV-45/40 VERTICAL MILL

tool chuck dropping out, It seems push rod and the draw bar are pushing the collet out enough to collect the pullstud of the chuck and it is not engaging correctly we recently replaced the bellvel washers and collett and it cured it but only for a few month if we screw out the pull stud 1mm its ok but this isnt practical for all our tooling is there anyway of adjusment ? help would be appreciated ,thankyou

Let me guess, you undid the hydraulic hoses on the unclamp cylinder when you did the springs.

    tool inserting problem

I think it is a problem of draw bar adjustment problem. you may try this

tool is not inserted into spindle, problem in drawbar, disc spring or collet.

as underthetire hinted at previously, i suggest bleeding the air out of the charge tank/hydraulic system, a few bubbles in the lines is all it takes to keep the drawbar from completely compressing, allowing it to accept a tool. start at the charge tank and work your way way from it. ive bled this system before on our MV's, it can take a while, it also helps to run the spindle in between opening the bleeders.
