    Surfcam 6 tool tables

    Hi all!
I installed Surfcam 6 yesterday and realized that the tools are no longer stored in *.mdb files. From now they use *.fdb instead. In previous versions I opened my *.mdb files in Microsoft Access and I was able to create new tool tables so I could use different tables for different machines. Our machines have a lot of permanent tools with unique numbers so I found it very useful to have separate tool tables. Does anyone know if it's possible to do the same in the new "Firebird" database?

    Tool databases

Yes, you can use custom tables. there is a database tool for doing so. Here is a link to a tutorial for importing these tables from v5_2
