Share and Collaborate on 3D online with Sunglass.io

    Hi there,

My name is Paulina, and I'm working on Sunglass- a browser based design tool that facilitates collaboration on 3D projects. It's a 3D space online where you can easily share, discuss, and track your work.

I just wanted to let you know about some cool new features we just built. We now have plugins that are hooks into Sunglass, so you can upload your models to your Sunglass space directly from your CAD software. Right now, we have plugins available for SketchUp, Rhino, and Processing, with Solidworks on the way.

We're coming out with an SDK soon, and hope to have apps that prepare G-Code or any other format to make your models machine-ready.

Here's the link to the plugins: http://bit.ly/sg06Rn

And here's a quick video explaining what Sunglass is: What is Sunglass.io? - YouTube

We're transitioning to a whole new architecture, so things may be a bit rough. We welcome any feedback or suggestions! Talk to me at [email protected].

    - Paulina

Without trying it I would first ask - who does the IP of the posted material belong to??
Why reach for speed, when you could have precision instead!!!

IP remains with the user. It's how Google Docs works... you upload your files to Google Drive but that doesn't imply transfer of ownership.
