    MasterCAM switch offset feature?

SheetCAM has a cool feature for a "touch-and-go" floating z axis.

TOMcaudle described it best here: http://www.cnczone.com/forums/cnc_pl...ng_tourch.html

I have MasterCAM but use SheetCAM because of this "switch offset" variable. I just input my switch offset and BLAM the GCode includes the touch-off macro on all cut initiation sequences.

How can I make MasterCAM X6 do the same?

    Thanks,
    Andy

You can use a 'manual entry' toolpath. This can inline text or it can include a text file.
It can be as a comment or as code. I found it browsing the help file.
