I'm wondering you can help us in a Muratec Hibrid Flexi Laser Machine Model 1544 troubleshooting by sending us PDF files of bellow requested Doc's. Indeed we will pay for any services will provide us.

1- Electric Schematic Diagrams.
2- CNC Parameter Definitions.
3- PMC Parameters as Keep relays, counters, Timers data and definitions, and Tool off sets.

All above may be found in Machine Service manual if can offer us.

Notes


1- Machine is Japanese Version so PMC Alarms appear in Japanese, and we would like to Swap to English if possible, please offer us.
2- Handy Manuals are Operation and Programing Manuals in Japanese, kindly offer us a full US-English Packs of Documents.

Machine status

After Start up, bellow alarms are generated

1- 1123 A10.3: Laser Oscillator not ready ( Laser Oscillator Not Started yet due to bellow alarms )
2- 1017 A01.2: Turret Malfunction (SQ37 is damaged, we ordered and will be replaced upon receipt)
3- 1127 A10.7: Z Axis Malfunction ( Z Axis Only moves in + Direction by +Z JOG to the Top and Origin Axes do not establish ), we need Electrical Schematic Diagrams and definitions to find and mend Z Axis troubles
