I've used the Amana bushings with success, though it's better to get the PreciseBits collets and collet nut.

I tried to use roto zip bits (upcut as well as "sabre-cut" downcut bits) and they dulled in no time. Cheap but almost useless.

Assuming you have the proper collet:
If you need to have extra long reach try HTC Very reasonable price but at that length even carbide will flex and limit cut depth and/or feed rate.
