I have a HMC made by Toyoda equipped with Fanuc 15M. Although machine is working fine but couple of time it's system hangs, except it's screen is ON condition, but there is no responce on operator panel, even there is no alarm message appears on the screen.
I have replaced it's power supply unit A16B-1212-0890-01 of cnc system, but no success. There is another power supply unit A16B-1310-0010 mounted on the I/O module, that I will try to replace by later time.
whenever system hangs, it's I/O module card IF01D, as there is 1 to 4 ER indicators are there & ER1 = red indicator lit ( See attached image)
Kindly somebody help me or provide me IF01D fault / error indication details.

This LED indicates RAM PARITY ERROR in IF01D module itself.
I'd advise you to replace RAM chips if it's possible.

Is it located in IFO1D module itself?

Now problem appears more frequent.
I had tried to replace power supply card of I/O module & cnc system also, but could not get rid from this problem.
One more thing is that I suspect Base 1 memory card A16B-2200-0131/13B faulty.
Is it possible to use Base 1 A16B-220-0130 instead of A16B-2200-0131????

Could you also tell me that how do I take backup of the machine?
specially Timers, counter, & keep relay data?
