    The material is a-2 hardened I need one of each .Thanks

    what model of the stell for the material?

    but for 1 pc, it's not a good way to use die cast method, (need to consider the die cast mold cost)

    directly machining and then heat treatment to match your require hardness is more cheaper.

    Just my personal idea.

    Come on guys this is simple stuff get a piece of A-2 OR D-2 toolsteel grind it flat drill wire start holes drill mounting hole drill and tap jack screws put it in the oven heat treat it grind it flat after heat treat
    then wire the openings....And no one can give a quote to make one of each...Plus minus one on all dim is fine.....
